1 General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ya999 ("ya999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ya999.onl. 3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to register one account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any pending balances. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than registering again.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth and contact details. 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits at ya999 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time. The supported methods and applicable minimums are displayed within your account at the time of depositing.

Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person for your ya999 account, is not permitted. ya999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of a payment method used for deposits.

• Deposit amounts are credited to your ya999 balance in PKR at the time the payment is confirmed.
• ya999 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Fees imposed by your payment provider are separate.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. Contact support immediately if a deposit was made incorrectly.
• ya999 reserves the right to decline deposits that cannot be verified or that originate from flagged payment sources.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. All withdrawals are made in PKR to accounts registered in the player's own name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Processing times depend on the selected withdrawal method and your VIP tier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically same-day for standard members. Gold and Platinum VIP members benefit from express processing queues. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

ya999 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds. This is a security measure applied for the protection of players.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed within your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum cannot be processed. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the bonus portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus offer has its own terms, including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amount and expiry period. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total. Progress against the wagering requirement is tracked in your account dashboard.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your main withdrawable balance.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• ya999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including patterns of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, household or IP address.

7 VIP Programme

ya999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, modify benefit structures or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice to players. Accumulated loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for PKR directly outside of the redemption mechanisms provided within the programme.

8 Fair Gaming

All games available on ya999 use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. Slot games, fish games and live casino results are governed by these systems or by real-time dealer activity in the case of live tables. ya999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Decisions made by the platform in respect of game outcomes are final. If a technical error occurs during a game session that results in an incorrect credit or debit, ya999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected balance accordingly, regardless of the direction of the correction.

Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

• Attempting to exploit game bugs, technical malfunctions or algorithmic patterns for unfair advantage.

• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity or other forms of bonus farming.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts.
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits made to ya999.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

ya999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other conduct that ya999 reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform or its other users.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach, the available withdrawable balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method following standard verification.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally.

12 Privacy and Data

ya999 collects and processes personal information provided during registration, identity verification and account use. This data is used to maintain your account, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud and fulfil support requests. ya999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
